Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping days will vary on shipping options chosen at checkout.

There may be potential delays with shipping due to current COVID situations, unfortunately this is outside of WM Scrunchies control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

We offer free standard shipping, please see 'Free Standard Shipping' page under the CONTACT US drop down.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within 25km of 65 Progress Drive, Nightcliff 0810.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If there is a particular date and time or delivery instructions (for example; leave in mailbox), please notify via email or leave a message in comment section at checkout and we will work towards what suits both parties. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 65 Progress Drive. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are;

Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 5pm - 6pm

Weekends: 9am - 10am

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries world wide except to the U.K

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WM Scrunchies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wm_scrunchies@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns based on WM Scrunchies belief in our processes put in place from creating and checking our hand-made goods are up to our utmost standards prior to packaging and dispatchment.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wm_scrunchies@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are always here to help and pride ourselves on our quick response to enquiries.
